Implement demo service describing capabilities and setup of feature server based on Hakunapi #10

A "minimal" sample feature server with a small spatial dataset (with a valid open data license to allow bundling).

This sample should demonstrate:

  • how to setup a feature server based on Hakunapi
  • describe basic configuration options for dataset integrations, data table mappings and feature collections (according to OGC API Features / Open API based service)
  • work as a template for Hakunapi users to help them get started
