dnet: Failed to open device eth0

I've tried looking at other threads but haven't found a resolution to my issue. I installed NMAP for the first time and received this error: "dnet: Failed to open device eth0" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as it seemed to help other users but it did not fix the issue for me.

Below is my DiagReport and iflist:

Thanks for the report. Please try the latest Npcap installer, currently version 0.9986, and let us know if you still have problems.
