See issue #30 to clean up warnings in user-example files. Only the selex_age_example and the selex_length_example had changes that were fixable by changing the min/max of params according to issue #51 in the test-models repo. Warning files aren't kept for these models like they are for test models so used the text files in the issue to make changes.
