python not found

I'm running a fresh emacs-jupyter install on Pop!OS 20.04 and fish (not sure if it helps).
After chunk evaluate, for example:

I got the following error message:

Searching for program: file or folder not found, python

When I run the following commands on my terminal, I got

which python3
/user/bin/python3

Here is my config file:

(setq org-babel-python-command "/usr/bin/python3")

(use-package jupyter
  :ensure t
  :defer t
  :config
  ;(org-babel-load-languages '(jupyter .t))
  (setq org-babel-default-header-args:jupyter-python '((:async . "yes")

  )

I'm doing anything wrong?

Did you find a solution?

I'm experiencing the same thing when running emacs with wsl2 on windows.

not a solution, but creating a symlink for python3 to the usr/local/bin/python solved...
