At LO order APFEL is already dependent on Q2, while we are not: why?

Also:

  • we have still ~0.05% error at LO, it's small but still not ~0
  • Q2 dependence it's becoming relevant because it is probably enhanced by xiF, xiR != 1.0

needs to be fixed in APFEL - alpha_s call there is most likely bugged
