PaHM code base includes large amount of data

Suggest to reduce the data. So the codebase only includes code. If needed another repo could be didcated to PaHM data.

~324MB took lots of time to checkout. Given the PaHM code itself is a lean repo I suggest to consider reducing the size of repo significantly.

This is due to Github pages (gh-pages branch) and the included mathjax folder (~190 MB). Might keep it for local installations only. Another approach might be to move gh-pages to their own dedicated repo.
