Error when opening REPL tab #126

When running vscode from WSL2 on windows opening REPL tab results in following error:

Error loading webview: Error: Could not register service workers: InvalidStateError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The document is in an invalid state..

System: Ubuntu 22.04
SBCL: SBCL 2.1.11.debian

All required libraries installed according to instructions from README.md

This seems to be a bug with vscode, which can be managed by deleting some config directories and restart as described here; https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77115862/why-is-vs-code-1-82-having-issues-opening-webviews
