getstakinginfo is returning wrong weight.

Needs to be divided by COIN to get correct weight

I don't know if it's defined what it is meant to return.

After the recent fork, it became 10^8 times easier to stake because every coin had 10^8 times more weight - so in a sense it's right...

It would be more readable if it was divided by 10^8 I guess.
