🐛 Bug: translation toggle : labels i18n instead of value in ENglish

Steps to reproduce ?

you are logged in , in English per default : display values of labels ok
change language to French : the display is still ok
change back to English : you see the labels in i18n file instead of their values : the toggle is not well done

values of messages / labels instead of their program labels
