🐛 Bug: consistency with Inflection & capitalise of different names used with in nocodb

Desired Behavior

• Currently we capitalise by default all the names within NocoDB: workspace, profile, base, table, field, view, webhook. We shall retain user configuration as is.
• For external DB connections, we continue to provide inflection option; this needs to be consistently displayed in all the places (without explicit capitalisation being done). And if user disables inflection, that needs to be applied everywhere too. Inflection to be applicable only for table name & field name for external db
