Node 6.x.x issue: "node-pre-gyp install --fallback-to-build"

When running:

npm install v8-debug

I get get following error:

This does not occur in 0.12.x, 4.x.x or 5.x.x. This only happens in 6.x.x. Please see the reproduction steps I've made available here: https://github.com/sqren/v8-debug-debug

It turns out that Dev Tools is a native part of Nodejs since 6.3 and node-inspector(aka node-debug) is no longer necessary.

To debug:

node --inspect index.js
