node-red-debugger not working with node-red 3.0.2 #12

Current Behavior

I have installed node-red-debugger 1.1.1 through the node red palette menu. No error message but the Flow Debugger option does not appear in the right menu

Expected Behavior

No response

It's working. I had to restart node-red a couple of time for the Flow Debugger to appear in the menu
