There will always be some portion of people for whom traditional line-by-line programming just isn't something they want to do much of. To reach them, I'd like for us to maintain a tutorial on using some kind of WYSIWYG system for developing Graphics. Therefore, this issue has a few steps:

  1. Research available WYSIWYG web design/dev tools
  2. Pick one to write a tutorial for
  3. Write the tutorial

Off the top of my head, tools in this category include:
