Documentation for custom python blocks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was not able to figure out how to define inputs on a custom Python block, change input/output types.
I could not find documentation for it.

Documentation in general is lacking.

Documentation for how the custom python block is used should be written.
