Can't rebuild arm anymore #1512

I can not rebuild arm anymore (see https://ci.nodejs.org/job/node-test-commit-arm-fanned/3795/). Is that intentional? Clicking on resume creates a redirect but no job is started either.

Due to infrastructure issues the arm-fanned job is temporarily disabled.
The up side is, if you resume your original node-commit job it will not try to build arm-fanned and you can get a green CI.
The down side is obviously regressions might creep but:

  1. We do have partial ARM (ARM64) coverage from node-test-commit-arm.
  2. If any regression will turn up when we re-enable arm-fanned we will need to address it then.
