nodejs/Release#36 the LTS plan is being changed to pull 0.12 support back by 3 months because we discovered that we'd be pushing beyond OpenSSL's own LTS for that branch by 3 months and we don't want to have to shoulder that responsibility.

So the news here is that 0.12's support life has been shortened to end at the end of 2016 rather than April 2017, to coincide with the OpenSSL 1.0.1 LTS schedule. 0.10 and future LTS remains unaffected.
