2503 and 2502 Error Codes

I can't install node.js because if I try to install it, an error appear.
Error codes is 2503 and 2502

Le problème c'est réglé automatiquement ou suite à une manipulation involontaire de ma part mais je pense que cela venez du fait que ce n'est pas un PC fait pour installé nodejs de base mais juste pour les études donc j'imagine qu'une sorte de filtre avais était installé.
