Form Mentorship team

In nodejs/community-committee#172 we reached out to @nodejs/community-committee members (and beyond) to those who might be interested in supporting this program.

@Bamieh has done a great job building the infrastructure to run the Node.js mentorship program. Now we need to form the team. I'll start. @Bamieh, I'm with you. Let's do this.
