workshop map bug: wrong labels for locations

Looks like most, if not all, of the locations have the wrong tooltip. For example, the London tooltip is showing up in Africa:

@jlord, are you the only one that has access to the form & spreadsheet powering it? There's unrelated issue with spreadsheet as well #83. If you have time, can you look at that?

I don't have access to it but I'll get @jlord to add some of the other nodeschool organizers as owners. In the meantime can someone figure out what data is bad? At some point someone vandalized the old spreadsheet which might be the issue here

@sudodoki Yeah, we had to leave the everyone can edit model because things were getting messed up. Figured we could add people to it as we went along.

@sudodoki I can also give you access to the old spreadsheet (which I'd made more private so it would stop getting messed up) which is where I pasted data into the new one from. Am hoping that I just misaligned some cells when pasting and that it'll be easy to sort out.

Putting some time into it, hope to do exactly that.

One row of coordinates for NodeSchool Medellín got lost & all the coordinates for events between
NodeSchool Medellín & NodeSchool Amsterdam got shifted by 1 position. Restored by pasting (verified by other round of geocoding) data from the old form.
