New chapter: Manila

I'm Joe Palala, @@jpalala on twitter.

I'm looking to create a chapter in Manila, with monthly coffee meetups centered around Mandaluyong area., with the branding "Node Eskwela" (Eskwela means school in tagalog)

I'm now interested in doing NodeJS, and I'm also active in the tech communities and would love to partner up with one of the local tech orgs.
