add popup mode

Inspired by https://github.com/boldtrn/leaflet-popup-sidebar:

Add an option popup, which changes the sidebar behaviour to remove itself from the map when clicking anywhere that is not the sidebar.
Possibly add an additional close button to the header or tab bar.
