Visualforce is not defined error when trying to use ngForce/js/ngForce/ngForce.js

When I try to run the nfForce.js and safeApply.js code in my angular app on my APEX page I get an error that VisualForce is not defined.

@JPeak This is a documentation bug on my part. Whenever you want to use vfr, you'll need to include the custom component ngforce on the page. This forces visualforce to load the visualforce object etc.

You can include that by including the following markup on your visualforce page:
