An an Open Data Hub Data Browser user I want that the data Browser continues working even if there are loading problems of data

This issue is related to the issue #456.

In case of error occurring during the load of the data, only the part which is consuming the loaded data should be deactivated. In case of problems, we should allow the users to refresh only the component that has been affected by the loading problems.
