As a Data Consumer I want an easier way to access the data, to be quincker in find what I'm looking for

To reduce the numebr of clicks that are required, to acces the data, my proposal wold be to change a little bit the navigation flow as follows.

• the list of the Dataset (https://databrowser.opendatahub.com/dataset-overview) becomes the home of the tool
• the actual home of the tool is shifted in an About page
• About is added to the top menu of the tool
