It seems that yandex will add soon new system for the search results: like news.yandex.ru, rest of the services (yandex.ru/yandex.com/etc) will serve search results with links as "yandex.ru/clck/?blabla". At the moment in 5% of cases I have such results page (looks like A/B testing).

Похоже, что теперь в 100% случаев...
Пора менять алгоритм работы скрипта для Яндекса.
