Add list of common words to the database and implement the list in Utilities

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. We currently have the list hardcoded.
2. Save the list into the database and call a function to retrieve data.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Have the data stored in the database.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
