This is a new thing Mastodon added recently. We should support it.

There is a new identity_proofs API to get this info. It seems undocumented.

/api/v1/accounts/<accountid>/identity_proofs

There's documentation now: https://docs.joinmastodon.org/methods/accounts/#identity-proofs
But specifically Keybase is no more: mastodon/mastodon#17045
