As a user I should be able to contact the library via a set of relevant contact forms. I should be able to select a topic from a dropdown and get a form that gives me all the information I need to make the kind of contact. (* required)

Request a book

• Title*
• Author*
• Language
• Any other relevant info (not publishing year or something ridiculously specific, though)

Report a damaged book

• Type of damage (dropdown with types of book damage and other) *
• Other (appears as * required when selected by dropdown)
• Comments

• Dropdown with various complaint themes.
• Date of problem
