Thanks for helping out! The server in the list which was down is now back up, so I'll close this PR. In the future, we should make the bootstrapping system resilient to failure (e.g. succeeding if at least some threshold of the bootstrap nodes respond). |

Statesync on Nomic currently doesn't work because of this node I removed in this PR, it's dead and inaccessible. This PR contains the changes I did to my local Nomic setup to make statesync work.
