[FEAT] Support for running locally/docker

I'd love to see docker support for something like this. It reminds me heavily of things like jupyter, jira, and others combined. would make it easier to push out for personal use if it supported docker.

I do love to contribute to the project but i don't think it is ready enought to be made as a docker.
