Add Remote Controls support to handle 2 sync bits as Perivar fork #2

Port a double bit sync like to add functions as Perivar will even better, so take a look at it

and the support for new remotes controls also will be more easy to handle like ac114-01 or ac123 and others.

I don't know how this repository was improved.

It looks like this has been added.
