Baseline showing on active tab when orientation on bottom #62

When Orientation is set to toTop, the baseline only shows beneath all tabs other than the currently active one. However, when Orientation is set to toBottom, there is still a baseline above the active tab. What's more, this baseline is not the same width as the main baseline. Across the span of the control, the thickness is 2, but a line with thickness of 1 also appears on the active tab.

I am 120% sure there is not another control, such as a panel, which is showing this line, because I see it in design-time too, with absolutely no other controls in the vicinity.

NOTE: When changing LookAndFeel.Tabs.Active.Style.Outline... properties, this affects this line. If I change the OutlineSize to 1, this line disappears. It seems this line always shows 1 pixel less than OutlineSize.
