You address this well in each section they relate to, but there are common mis-steps in vocabulary.

For example, screen size

When talking about screen size describe the size specifically with pixel values or vaguely with terms like “small”, “medium”, or “large”. It is common to talk about screen size in terms of devices but talking about devices can be unspecific and confusing. “Tablets” for example can mean anything from 600px wide to 1280px wide and might, but not necessarily, mean touch capable.

Maybe a separate glossary file for all of the terms?

Yeah, that one in particular is the one that came to mind. All the words like “responsive”, “adaptive”, “SEO”, “accessibility” and things can go there.
