NPP RTL: a minor tooltip glitch

Settings -> Preferences -> General -> Localization: select a RTL language (e.g. Hebrew).
Restart NPP.

Case 1:
Open the Find Dialog.
Hover over the 2_BUTTONS_MODE CheckBox.

Result:

Case 2:
Preferences -> Delimiter.
Hover over the question mark.

Result:

NOTE: both layout and position are wrong (fixing the layout would probably fix the position too).

BTW,
There are other tooltips besides the two mentioned above.
Wouldn't it be better to consistently use the square one?
