Description of the Issue

If we change localization when the UDL window is open it gets weird visual glitch. Looks like other windows don't have it, maybe Plugin admin (but not that much).

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Open Notepad++.
  2. Open User-Defined window (Language > User Defined Language > Define your language...).
  3. Open Preferences window (Setting > Preferences...) and in General tab change language to other.
  4. To fix it we need min/max Notepad++ or swith to other tab in User-Defined window.

Expected Behavior

Refresh User-Defined window to not have visual glitch.

Is it always an issue for v8.4.2 ?

It still exist in 8.4.2 and easy to reproduce (at least in Windows 7).
