Feature request: Auto-scrolling

Edit: I see there have been past requests for this and they were denied because there is already "fast scrolling". This is not about speed of scrolling, but about ergonomics. Scrolling RSI.

@princyok Could you explain what you mean with auto-scrolling and add links to the already closed issues? What is the current behavior, what exactly do you expect?

@CennoxX Scrolling by clicking the scroll wheel and moving the mouse instead of through rolling the scroll wheel.
