Menu Windows Freezes the App (sometimes)

Menu:Window: Clicking "Windows..." (sometimes) Freezes the App

"Freezing":

• npp is not responding - no menus, tabs; no editing, no shortcuts...
• Windows can switch from, and to the app
• Windows Task bar: cannot close via the hover-over icon, nor the right-click menu
• npp can be killed via TaskManger:EndTask
• after that, npp can be started, and it works as usual

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Not sure if it is a necessary condition, here is the usual setup (the counts as when it happened last time)

1. Happens rarely: using the feature many times a day, 'freezes' maybe once a week
2. Split screen (vertically)
3. Left: 31 files
4. Right: 24
5. Windows rebooted 4 days ago

Expected Behavior

Working as usual

Actual Behavior

npp is completely non-responsive (can be killed via TaskManager)
