Menu:Window: Clicking "Windows..." (sometimes) Freezes the App
"Freezing":
npp is not responding - no menus, tabs; no editing, no shortcuts...
Windows can switch from, and to the app
Windows Task bar: cannot close via the hover-over icon, nor the right-click menu
npp can be killed via TaskManger:EndTask
after that, npp can be started, and it works as usual

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
Not sure if it is a necessary condition, here is the usual setup (the counts as when it happened last time)
Happens rarely: using the feature many times a day, 'freezes' maybe once a week
Split screen (vertically)
Left: 31 files
Right: 24
Windows rebooted 4 days ago
Expected Behavior
Working as usual
Actual Behavior
npp is completely non-responsive (can be killed via TaskManager)
