feature: by default disable moving to first tab if you closed current one #13646

I'm not sure if this happens on later versions of Notepad++, but on my version (8.1.9.3) happens this:

If i have lots of tabs opened (like 40-50) and select latest opened tab, after closing it selector goes to the first tab instead of nearest tab with closed one. I think this should be set by default to prioritize nearest tab instead of first one.

If i have another tab opened to right of which one i want to close, then the selector will move to this one. But still, its not that intuitive for the user and adding mechanic i described above will be helpful after all i think

@MadRatSRP What are your settings at preferences > MISC. > Document Switcher? Maybe you have set MRU-behaviour (Most Recent Use)? On 8.5.2 I don't see the behaviour you mentioned in the first post.
