I found a bug in Notepad++ which did not exist in earlier versions (before 4-5 updates).

Here how you can identify the issue.

Open a new blank document in Notepad++ (Version 8.5.4 - 64bit)
Paste this Sinhala unicode word: ශ්‍රී ලංකාව
You'll see issues in one character.
Also I found this issue for some other characters, I'll send those once seen again.
