Duplicated entries for Copy, Cut, Paste entries in Settings-Shortcut Mapper-Main menu, with the only difference being different shortcuts for them.
This is confusing, IMO, because no other entries are duplicated, leading one to wonder whether they are not duplications but actually slightly different commands, or even a bug.
Describe the solution you'd like.
A single entry for command, consistent with the rest of the entries in that "Main menu" tab, with a author-chosen default shortcut.
The user can change the default shortcut as they wish,
and if they want several shortcuts for same commands - then they can define a macro
for each extra shorcut (#4859 (comment) ) or the feature request "Multiple shortcuts for one command, could be implemented.

For me, the only reasonable action here is to allow multiple shortcut chords for any given command.
One should not have to define a macro to cover normal situations, such as using CTRL+INS and CTRL+C interchangeably -- such things have been normal in Windows for generations, now.
Especially since there are times when macros seem to completely ignore text selection -- compare the Cut action to a macro that contains a cut, for example...
Is there an existing issue for this?
