Basic conveniences for multiple instances

In my work, I jump around many text files frequently. I have so many text files that I frequent, that I utilize multiple instances of Notepad++ or organize them (e.g. dev. resources, project files, diagnostics, personal). There are two basic features that would really come in handy to support multiple instances of the tool

1. When hovering over the Notepad++ icon in the taskbar, it would be great if the side-by-side preview of each instances could be uniquely named (see screenshot)
2. It would be nice if each instance of Notepad++ could be saved as a unique session, so then after PC is rebooted each one could be opened which would restore the opening of all associated files in the respective sessions.
