I already did the feature and wish can add to official version, please check below git for the patch.

@JimmyHwang When you set your own extension for project (in Preferences >> MISC. >> Workspace file .ext) then passing project file when invoking program (like notepad.exe project.ext) will load this project file. If this answer is sufficient then please close the bug.
