[Feature Request] Add/Remove Tab Lines

As referenced here, this request is for introducing the option to add and remove tab lines.

Lines will act exactly like the current "single-line" setup. Users will be able to arrange multiple tabs in designated lines and move tabs between lines. This will significantly ease the workflow with large counts of open tabs.
