Feature Request: Tabs improvements - aliasing, grouping, coloring

I have to have several files with the same name open. The paths are typically long and not easy to read, so hovering over to view full path has not been a good solution for me.

It would be great if I right click on a tab and create an alias for each tab.

Alternatively, if I could group tabs it would help a lot too -- I visualize it as having a red box around say 3 tabs; blue box around the next 4 tabs.

Alternatively, if I could color code tabs that might help too.

I haven't found extensions that might allow for this behavior.

I have a lot of opened files in n++, because i work on a lot of things and i need autosave feature.
I really would like grouping tabs like i do with power tabs in firefox.
Also vertical tabs in n++ hurts.
