Tab dragdrop of edited file reverts to saved version

Description of the Issue

Tab dragdrop of edited file reverts to saved version, tab remains marked as not saved.
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17763.557]

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open enough files to overflow the displayed tabs
2. Scroll the tabs to the extreme left.
3. Edit a file near the left hand end of the tabs.
4. Dragdrop the tab of the edited file to the extreme right until there is an error warning.
5. Note that the edits to the file are no longer present.
6. Note that the delete button of the tab is colored red indicating that the file is not saved.

Expected Behavior

I expected that my edits would not be lost.
