dialogs should open on the same display as the main window

Description of the Issue

With multiple displays, NP++ dialogs (find, prefs, ...) don't always open on the same display as the main window.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. run NP++
2. move the main window from the primary to secondary display
3. open the prefs dialog

Expected Behavior

the dialog should open on the same display as the main window

Actual Behavior

the dialog opens on the primary display
