Np++ gets stuck when opening a bit heavy file from remote location.

Description of the Issue

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open a medium size file directly from remote location .
2. Notepad++ will get stuck.
3. Or sometime if the internet is slow, it takes a lot of time to load the file, in the meantime can not use notepad++.

Expected Behavior

Ideally , the file can be loaded in background, once file is loaded we can tell user, loading is done and your file is ready to open.
So in the meantime user can be able to work on other tabs.

Actual Behavior

Notepad ++ hangs.

I'm noticing this as well now that I'm working from home over a VPN. It locks up all of n++. Would be nice if I could at least switch to a different tab. OP's suggestion would be best. I found a work around in Settings > Preferences > MISC > File Status Auto Detection > Disabled.
