Description of the Issue

Minimization of Notepad++ to system tray keep unmodal dialogs remain on desktop

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Open Preferences dialog to enable "minimize to system tray", don't close Preferences dialog.
2. Minimize Notepad++ to system tray.

Expected Behavior

Preferences dialog is hidden.

Actual Behavior

Preferences dialog remain on desktop.
