If the "Language" menu is compact and some languages (Gui4Cli, KIXtart, XML, or YAML) are not avaliable in it, then a name of its submenu "User Defined Language" is always displayed in English regardless of selected localization.
For example, for German:
Partial Full

How to reproduce:

  1. Open program preferences ("Settings" -> "Preferences")
  2. On the "General page" select any language (except English, of course)
  3. On the "Language" page set "Make menu compact" checkmark, and move some of the above mentioned languages to the "Disabled items" list.
  4. Restart Notepad++

Probably, this is because without these languages position of submenu differs from the expected 23:
{ 5, 23, -1, "language-userDefinedLanguage" },
