Size in markdown image link

I can't see the reduced image when I have a markdown link, with wikilink links it works perfectly.
Is there anything to activate?

The "Render Images Inline" option renders images using this syntax for me. Have you tried in a new vault with just the CodeMirror Options plugin enabled?

Nevermind, I read this wrong. I see that that image sizing syntax is not being picked up. I should be able to address this.
